Michele’s bridal session was the stuff dreams are made of! I had the pleasure of working with the ladies over at the Y.O. Ranch Headquarters to shoot in the amazing Charlie Three House. I could literally shoot in this house for a week and not begin to get bored. Not only does it have the most amazing antique doors throughout the whole house it also has a fairy tale gorgeous atrium! We finished off Michele’s already beautiful and memorable session with a ride out to the preserve to see if the giraffes would pose for a few shots and we weren’t disappointed! When the giraffes were done posing we rewarded them with oak leaves and ginger snaps (apparently they are their favorites). Thank you Stephani and Lisa for hosting us and thank you Michele for being adventurous!
There are all kinds of animals at the Y.O. Ranch Headquarters. This baby lemur actually belongs to Stephani and her name is Prissy. She’s a
total mama’s girl but she loves climbing around the stairs when she gets a chance. Not to mention she’s a total poser for pictures!
Sometimes I have the worst time deciding between color and black & white especially when the lighting is beautiful in BOTH! This iron stair
case is one of my favorite features of the atrium along with the gorgeous wall of windows opposite them.
Taking advantage of some of the most beautiful light ever while waiting to see if the giraffe’s will make an appearance.
Time for treats!
