Your wedding day is one of the most meaningful days you'll ever plan - and it can also be one of the most overwhelming. Between venues, timelines, guest lists, and expectations, it's easy to feel pulled in a hundred different directions. Planning can slowly become less about celebrating your love and more about managing details. And in all of that noise, many couples quietly wonder if they're doing it "right."
I get it.
I've spent the last decade photographing weddings and walking alongside couples through the ups and downs of the planning process. I've seen what adds pressure - and what brings people back to what truly matters. And this is what I tell them:
Your wedding won't be perfect. It will be so much better than that. When you receive your gallery, you won't just see picture-perfect portraits (though you'll have those, too). You'll laugh at the dance floor moments you didn't even notice happening. You'll tear up at the look on your partner's face as you walk down the aisle. And you'll relive the day not as it was styled - but as it was felt.

"My now wife and I live in a somewhat conservative part of the state and we were in a place where several vendors had rejected working with us based solely on the fact we were a same-sex couple. I also was feeling weary of seeing size 4 brides on all of the websites. I’m not marrying a man and I am not a size 4. I went to Leah’s website – she had couples that looked like us, brides of all sizes, all celebrating their own individual beauty. On our wedding day Leah was supportive, generous, kind and loving… She is magical at what she does. We would choose her a thousand times over. She gave us a gift that will last generations… how do you say thank you for that?”
My love story started in 2012 when I fell for “the boy next door.” We got married in 2014 and live in the Texas Hill Country with an absurd collection of board games and the second love of my life, my espresso machine, Lucca.
I'm an aspiring home barista, a 1st degree blackbelt, and the biggest fan of helping couples feel at ease in front of the camera.
I received my first camera when I was 16, and I’ve been in love with photographing people in their element ever since. I’m an outside-the-box thinker and love being unconventional – I even purposely mix and match my socks. I love discovering that “thing” that is uniquely you and capturing it in a photo.
Whether that is your love for Whataburger, fancy drinks, retro boats or a location near to your heart, I want to know about it. I want to see and understand you, so we can create timeless photos together that celebrate you and your unique story.
Your wedding day should be the one day you aren’t worried about anything but marrying your soulmate. I photograph couples of ALL shapes, sizes and backgrounds – including LGBTQ+ couples in the Texas Hill Country and beyond. I promise to embrace every love story and capture how you fit together just right.
