My love affair with South Congress Hotel started with Nicole & Alec’s natural and modern wedding, and it’s been a favorite ever after. Since their summer soiree last year, I’ve had the honor of photographing two more weddings there! This downtown Austin wedding venue encompasses everything there is to love about the city. It brings together the warmth and hospitality Texas is known for, along with the world-renowned modern architecture, design and urban amenities. And it’s all set amid the heartbeat of downtown Austin: South Congress Avenue.

The frosted glass windows outside the bridal suite are also one of my favorite locations for portraits.
